Support Many people ask us how we make it day to day and how Marcy is beating the odds and has survived past the doctors' predictions. Though we do everything possible physically that we can think of, the truth is we live each day by the grace of God. We believe that we have a purpose in life and part of this part of our journey is to encourage people to help others. We are shown God's grace daily and we try to tell people about His mercy as praise to Him and as tangible examples of things they can do for someone else in need. Many people have donated money to us so that I can stay home to care for Marcy. Many through Marcy's virtual flower garden at FlowersForMarcy.com. But beyond cash, people have shown us many, many kindnesses. One of the first and one of the largest ongoing blessings is that friends bring dinner to us almost every night. It is such a blessing to us that we offer an online dinner calendar like ours (at no charge) to anyone who would like it. We talk about blessings and kindnesses often in our daily updates and in our weekly column in the Tennessean. We hope and pray that during this time of our lives we help others when we can and when we can't, we are encouraging others to help.
