Just download the PDF file for free, print using your printer on standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper, fold, write a personal message and mail. If you don't have envelopes for 4.25 x 5.5 cards, Wal-Mart does.

Instead of hand writing your note, you can use Word to type your message in the inside panel before folding.
